Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 7 days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.

Typically, you will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
