When your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It usually takes about 7 days for your bank to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your return.

Shipping Costs

You will generally be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
